How to make a complaint?

Please send an email to compliance@escrowfy.ch indicating the following information:

Escrowfy’s policy is that if, after contacting all parties, the complainant remains unsatisfied with the outcome, they can seek further assistance through the Financial Services Ombudsman (FINSOM). This service is independent and supported by the Swiss government to assist individuals in disputes with financial institutions. If a resolution is still not reached, the complainant may ultimately take the matter to court. Escrowfy will document the advice provided during the process in the complaint file and will classify the case as ‘Investigated but not resolved’ if the issue remains unresolved.
